At AMC Furniture Outlet, we want you to love your new home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of receipt to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging; items must be in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Inspection and Collection
Our logistics team will schedule a time to inspect the item and collect it from your residence; please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
